Licence terms

What you get

A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one named person. Perpetual means your access to the edition you bought does not expire and the files you downloaded remain yours to use. It does not mean we publish the product forever, and no updates are promised at all.

What you may do

Use the course material in your own work, including work you personally deliver to clients as that named user. Brand the editable templates, put your own logo on them, and include deliverables you build with them in client work.

What you may not do

Share your account or the files with colleagues outside your licence. Give the templates themselves to a client. Resell, sublicense, publish or upload the product anywhere others can access it. Use it as teaching material in a paid course or training programme. Share assessment content publicly, or misrepresent the certificate as accredited or industry-recognised. Build a competing publication from its contents. Remove attribution, source references or verification dates.

More than one user

This is a single user licence. If you need multiple named users at your organisation, get in touch before buying and we will sort out the right arrangement.

Termination

We may terminate a licence on material breach. Termination ends your right to use the product.
