Refund policy

The Compound System has not launched and nothing is for sale. These terms are with a qualified UAE lawyer for review, and the reviewed version is published here before anything can be bought. Nothing below is a promise of a delivery date, because no date is being promised.
The policy
Fourteen days, no questions asked, running from the date you buy.
Email us from the address you bought with. We refund to the original payment method. You do not have to explain why.
On refund, your licence ends, your access is revoked and you should delete any files you downloaded.
There is no delivery date to miss
Nothing is sold before it exists. There is no pre-order, no promised delivery date and no countdown, so there is no date we can fail to keep. You buy the course when it is finished, and you get it immediately.
Corrections rather than refunds
If you find a number that is wrong, tell us. We will check it and correct it if you are right. That is how the product stays worth buying. A correction is not automatically grounds for a refund, but a pattern of them would be.
Being straight about one thing
We cannot un-send a file. A refund on a digital product is an act of good faith on both sides. We honour it anyway, because a refund costs less than an argument.
