Terms of sale

Under review

These terms apply to purchases made today. They are with a qualified UAE lawyer for review, and the reviewed version will be published here when it arrives.

What you are buying

Access to an online course: the lessons and the two working spreadsheets used inside them. Access is tied to one named user.

Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. That means Paddle, not us, is the seller on your receipt, and Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.

There is no pre-order

Nothing is sold before it exists. There is no pre-order, no promised delivery date and no countdown. The edition on sale is finished before it is sold, and buyers get access immediately.

Price and tax

Prices are in USD. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are is calculated and shown by Paddle before you pay, so the amount at checkout is the amount you are charged. It is charged once. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge of any kind.

Updates

None are promised, and none should be assumed. What you buy is a dated edition. We are under no obligation to revise, refresh or re-verify it. Correcting an error is not an update and does not create an obligation to make any other change.

Every time-sensitive claim in the course carries its own source, the source's effective date and the date we last checked it, so you can see exactly what will age and confirm it yourself. Future editions may be offered separately, at a discount for existing buyers. You will never be charged for one automatically.

What this product is and is not

It is educational material. It is not advice on your specific campaign, business or budget, and it is not a guarantee of employment or income. Platform requirements, costs and product availability are set by the platforms and change without notice. Every claim carries a source and a verification date, and you should re-confirm current requirements with the relevant platform before committing budget.

Performance ranges are directional and derived from stated sources over stated periods. They are not forecasts, targets, or any assurance about your results. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome.

Intellectual property

The product remains our property. Buying it grants you the licence set out in the licence terms and nothing more.
