What you are buying

Access to a self-paced educational product: the cases of the named edition, your Callbook and Playbook built from them, one small calculator, and a certificate of completion. Access is tied to one named user.

Who you are buying from

For payments processed by Stripe, the seller is Atlas Nexus Trading - F.Z.E, trading as The Compound System. Stripe processes the payment; we handle customer service, refunds and applicable tax obligations. For orders placed through Paddle, Paddle.com is the reseller and Merchant of Record and handles billing, returns and applicable sales tax or VAT. Your checkout and receipt identify the provider.

The course, this site and the application are provided by Atlas Nexus Trading - F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment (Limited Liability) licensed by the Free Zones Authority of Ajman, licence 50931, registered at B.C. 1306880, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. There is no pre-order

Nothing is sold before it exists. There is no pre-order, no promised delivery date and no countdown. The edition on sale is finished before it is sold, and buyers get access immediately.

Price and tax

Prices are in USD and include any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Applicable tax is included in the price shown, so that price is the amount you are charged. If your card is not in US dollars, your bank may add its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fee; that fee is set and kept by your bank, not by us. It is charged once. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge of any kind.

Updates

None are promised, and none should be assumed. What you buy is a dated edition. We are under no obligation to revise, refresh or re-verify it. Correcting an error is not an update and does not create an obligation to make any other change.

Platform requirements change, so confirm any current requirement with the platform itself before you rely on it. Future editions may be offered separately, at a discount for existing buyers. You will never be charged for one automatically.

Platform requirements, costs and product availability are set by the platforms and change without notice. Re-confirm current requirements with the relevant platform before committing budget.

Intellectual property

The product remains our property. Buying it grants you the licence set out in the licence terms and nothing more.
